Hi, I’m Mary, the creator behind Wellness with Mary.

For more than 25 years as an educator, I’ve spent my career helping people grow, reflect, and develop resilience. I’ve worked with learners from many walks of life, including individuals navigating some of the most challenging environments.

My background includes:
✔️ Master of Science in Psychology
✔️ Master of Arts in Teaching & Learning
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Biology
✔️ Certification in Instructional Design
✔️ U.S. Army Veteran & Former Paratrooper

My passion for wellness comes from years of seeing how mindset, reflection, and encouragement can change lives.
