1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information (which you authorized Etsy to share with me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example) by contacting me directly.

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Because many items are custom or personalized, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
