If supplying your own artwork:
Choose your preferred tapestry size.
Upload your high-quality artwork using Etsy's personalization options or send it through Etsy Messages.
I'll check your image for print suitability and prepare it for your selected size.
If significant cropping or image-quality concerns arise, I'll contact you before production.
If requesting a custom design:
Send me an Etsy message describing your idea.
Include any logos, images, wording, colors, or inspiration you would like incorporated.
We'll discuss the design scope and any additional design costs.
You'll receive a digital preview of the custom artwork for approval before printing.

1. Information I Collect

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Most items are made to order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping times vary by location:
United States: usually 3–7 business days
International orders: 1–3 weeks depending on customs

If you need to change personalization details or your shipping address, please message me within a few hours of placing your order. I try to maintain quick turnaround times for my customers and generally start orders the day they are received.
